Working Time Regulations - opt-out agreements
Use the BusinessHR template opt-out agreements for any of your
employees who wish to opt out of the regulations relating to the maximum weekly
working time (an average of 48 hours per week averaged over a 17 week rolling
period).

undertaking additional hours for you

additional work will be or is for another employer.
