Welcome to our premium service

Main features

  • The ability to download any of our letters or policies as an html document. These can be saved and then opened, using Microsoft Word or other wordprocessing software, and reformatted to suit your own font and layout.

  • An easy to use policy template tool which allows you to store your own policy templates. The whole process of implementing, reviewing and updating policies becomes both simple and effective.

  • Access to a wider range of specialist contracts and documents not available with our standard service, for example:
    • apprentice contract
    • associate agreement
    • non-disclosure agreement
    • non-executive director's services agreement
    • handouts - DOs and DON'Ts for managers on absence; appraisal; discipline; dismissal; grievances; probation; recruitment; redundancy and retirement and one on essential employment law for managers

How does the policy template work?

If you have created a contract using one of our templates, this is saved for you and you can go back and re-use it. We have developed a similar facility to enable clients to maintain and store their own policy templates on the website. This is particularly useful when you are creating a draft policy for circulation and review and need to edit the policy before implementing it, as you don't have to start again from the beginning!

Once you go back to a template you have created, you will see that anything you have taken out or changed is highlighted in a separate section to enable you to see the original BusinessHR wording, just in case you wish to re-consider it when incorporating further changes. In the image below you can see how our original template suggested "directors only or the Company Secretary, who may be accompanied by an external advisor if requested" has been replaced by the client with "senior managers, direct line manager or director".

In addition, when we update a template due to legislation changes or updates in line with best practice, those changes will be indicated on your template tool. It is therefore easy for you to see our suggested changes and update your policy with those you wish to incorporate. In the example below, you will see that BusinessHR have added another option to the list of gross misconduct offences in the disciplinary procedure. This appears as 'This is a new section which you would not have seen before' so that you can clearly see the suggested addition and consider whether you would like to include it in future versions.

Implementing and consulting on new policies, conducting your annual review of policies and incorporating legislation updates is thus a quick and easy process.
