Once you have registered as a
PAYG user, your unique user ID and
password, (which will be confirmed via
email,) will allow you access to your
selected documents during the access period.
We will not see (and therefore cannot
keep) any financial information.
The payment process is handled
by WorldPay only.
You will notice that each product has an
"access period". Some smaller individual
documents can be downloaded at any time
within the 24 hour period from the time
you purchase it.
However, some of the larger packages,
for example maternity, recognise
the life cycle of the whole process,
and you are therefore given much longer
access periods, of up to 12 months,
during which time you can continue
to download and customise the documents.
